Alli Weimer

Hi! My name is Alli Weimer. I am so excited to be chosen to be an ECYD missionary this summer! On this mission, I will be going to Atlanta, Georgia!

Being one of 8 kids - smack in the middle - has definitely shaped me. Being in the middle has taught me not only how to follow instructions but also how to be a leader. This has really helped me become an effective leader in our church's Challenge Club in Okotoks. In my free time, you might find me crocheting, playing the piano, catching up with friends, or going to our Catholic youth nights.

ECYD has been part of my life for about two amazing years now. From participating in Captivenia and Challenge to leading Holy Week Missions, ECYD has brought me closer to God in ways I can't even describe. My relationship with Jesus has become more of a real friendship, the kind of friend who's always there, no matter what.

Thanks to ECYD, my faith has blossomed into something beautiful, a true companionship with Jesus. That's why I'm so incredibly grateful for this mission trip opportunity. It's a chance to grow even closer to Him, deepen my understanding, and become a better leader – not just for others, but in my own walk with faith. I know I'm going to learn so much, and I can't wait.
