How many ways are there to say I am sorry? We all hear and express the words and gestures of apology differently. Understanding apology is essential for developing, maintaining and repairing relationships. The good news is that this evening will identify and explain the different ways you can learn to say you are sorry in a meaningful way to the person you are apologizing to. Learning the language of apology has the potential to greatly enhance all of your relationships.
